I promise you won't look back. Venus is run by an amazing group of trainers and is about one thing - supporting women to be the best that we can be. This is not a competitive gym full of models wearing the latest fashion (although most of us look pretty damn good). We are students, young professionals, older professionals and mums from many different walks of life who turn up to train together. You will be completely inspired by the women around you. Each of us has a unique goal - some of us want to lose 20+kgs, others want to just learn how to run or improve strength. Whatever your goal Venus can help.
